Patti McCombs has lived in Western PA since 1980 and has been a lifelong pet lover. After graduating from Youngstown State University with a B.S.B.A. in Marketing, she spent most of her career working as a regional sales manager in the garage door industry for two national manufacturers. Since retiring, she has enjoyed her time at home caring for rescued dogs, gardening, and heading up the Wilmington Area School District backpack program. Her passion for animals has brought her to volunteering in the Capital Campaign effort for the Animal Shelter, working toward the goal of a better and larger facility for cats and dogs that need care, love, and the chance to find a forever home with an area family.
